Darroze takes the estate's entire production.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMost of the armagnacs in the Darroze cellar are Baco, but Jouanchicot is 100% Ugni Blanc, which the house says moves from floral and white fruit aromas when young towards more exotic notes such as banana, mango and vanilla as it ages. The first nose is fine and elegant, with verbena, mint, peach and orange peel, followed by a toastier wave of leather and tobacco.
