Vine age 8-37 years. Hand and machine harvested. Blend of different treatments including: 7 day cold soak; whole bunch ferment; barrel fermentation. Filled to a mix of new and seasoned French barriques and puncheons, matured for 10 months on medium lees. 25% new oak, 15% whole bunch.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright, deep ruby. The nose is classic to the Estate style with Blackcurrants and strawberries mingling with subtle game and char. Good concentration of flavour while remaining bright and refreshing with a lip-smacking quality. Black and red fruits abundant, balanced by savoury BBQ char.
