Charvin ferments with 100% whole bunches and ages the wine entirely in concrete, with no wood at all, before bottling fined but unfiltered. Critics note menthol, spice, cassis and mulberry, a medium to full, dense and layered palate with a tensile core of fruit and velvety tannins, and a finish of real freshness.
