It is widely regarded as one of the leading names in Cahors, working almost entirely with Malbec.\n\nJuveniles is the estate's lighter, early drinking Malbec, relaunched with the 2023 vintage. It comes from organic vines of 15 to 30 years on the Riss terrace of the Lot valley, where old alluvial deposits give loamy, sandy soils. After a short vatting of one week, the wine is matured for 18 months in concrete vats with no oak, and nothing is added apart from a little sulphur at bottling. It is fully dry.
