From Kavalan's flagship Solist range, every bottle comes from a single Spanish Oloroso sherry cask and is filled by hand at cask strength, no added colour, no chill filtration. Taiwan's heat and humidity make spirit and oak work hard together, and the result is dark, deep and layered.

Each bottling comes from its own cask, so strength and flavour change slightly from one to the next.
