Laroche is a firm believer in his Petit Chablis sites and argues that his biggest parcel makes wine with the character of full Chablis. The fruit comes from two Maligny terroirs: a clay-rich plateau and limestone slopes facing south and south-east.\n\nLike all the domaine's wines, it is fermented in stainless steel, goes through full malolactic fermentation and rests on its lees before bottling, with no oak. The result is a bright, fresh Chardonnay with citrus and orchard fruit and a clean mineral finish.
