Planted in 2003, its six hectares run from 30 to 100 metres above sea level, catching long hours of sun while sheltered from cold southerly winds, on dark, iron-rich ferricrete soils.\n\nFruit was hand picked, chilled overnight and whole-bunch pressed, then fermented in stainless steel and rested on fine lees for four months before bottling. The 2025 is loaded with freshly squeezed lime, green apple and grapefruit, with hints of meadow flowers, soft spice and crushed stone. Fruit and acidity sit in tight balance, leading to a stony, dry and satisfying finish.
