From the excellent 2021 season, the fruit was hand-picked from our estate plantings and fermented by indigenous yeasts. It is a full flavored cabernet wine with a vibrant blackberry color. While excellent drinking now, it will reward cellaring for ten years or so.
Color: Dense, blackberry with crimson edges
Bouquet: Blackberry with licorice, black olive, cigar box and spicy French oak
Flavor: Blackberry with licorice, black olive, truffles and cedary French oak
Texture: Fine tannin's with good mineral acidity and a long, intense palate
Alcohol: 14.5%
