This is a shiraz of exceptional quality from the great 2021 season. It was selected from a small parcel of supreme quality wine and named in honor of Valerie Friend, a co-founder of Narkoojee. The wine was fermented by indigenous yeasts and has a dense blackberry color, intense flavor and great
complexity.

Color: Dense blackberry with crimson edges
Bouquet: Blackberry and black plum with aniseed, a touch of green peppercorn and cedary French oak
Flavor: Blackberry and black plum with kalamata olive, mushroom, truffle and cedary French oak
Texture: Intense and complex with fine tannin's, good natural acidity and perfect balance
Alcohol: 14.0%
