Our viognier comes from the Robinson and McCabe vineyards.
It is handpicked, whole bunch pressed, and barrel fermented in seasoned French barriques where it is aged for a further eleven months prior to bottling.

The 2021 viognier has a delicately nuanced perfume of rose petals and apricot with hints of spice. The palate is beautifully textured with luscious fruit flavours, and finely balanced acid, which gives it a long persistent finish.
