Returns and Refunds
Liquor Wine Cave does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. However, if the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will promptly assist with an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or remedy, please contact our team at orders@liquorwinecave.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product. In your email, include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Supporting evidence, such as photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once we verify the claim, our team will work to resolve it promptly.
Shipping Costs
If Liquor Wine Cave is at fault due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return. However, if a return is requested outside of our usual acceptance conditions, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally, the original order’s shipping fee and any optional insurance costs will not be refunded.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, unless the fault or damage prevents this. In some cases, we may ask that the faulty items be returned to us, depending on the nature of the issue.
