The highly perfumed nose has aromas of dark cherry and damson, mingled with black pepper and floral notes. The palate is opulent and intense, with vivid purple fruits. Fine-grained tannin's give structure and balance, and a long savory finish.
Vintage & Winery Notes
After fermentation in oak 3.5 foudres, the shiraz is aged for 15 months in new (30%) and seasoned French oak barriques.
