All the rums have been aged between 5 and 7 years in our cellars before being blended together by our Master Blender.All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45-plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours that enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity.
Tasting Notes: Deep mahogany colour with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, créme brûlée tones and balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel and tropical spice.

Bottled in honour of Admiral Georges Brydges Rodney, Officer’s Release No.1 was distilled in 2006 and aged in ex-bourbon casks for 13 years before a nine-month finish in ex-port casks. A full-bodied, column-distilled spirit, this rum is laden with honeyed-fruit, chocolate and earthy tobacco notes. Tropically aged on St Lucia and limited to just 4,200 bottles.

The second entry in Admiral Rodney's Officer's Release series, distilled in 2009 and finished in an ex-Irish whiskey cask. The nose entices you with notes of clove, allspice, baked honey, prunes and raspberries. The palate is fruity and spicy, expertly combining cherry, blackcurrant, sweet chilli and Asian spices with a hint of saltiness to finish.
