It contains a carefully balanced combination of vodka, fresh passion fruit juice and a hint of vanilla. TASTING Bewitching, exotic aromas. The fruity, tropical notes of passion fruit mingle delicately with the subtle scents of vanilla. From the very first sip, the freshness of the vodka blends perfectly with the intensity of the passion fruit liqueur. You'll appreciate the bewitching sweetness of the vanilla, which softens the blend, adding a delicate touch to the whole. The finish is lingering and refreshing. The olive Gin is one of the original creations of the house. This olive Gin, with its unique aromatic profile, blends the flavour of black olives from Nyons and citrus notes with the slightly spicy flavour of juniper berries. An authentic Gin, worthy of the know-how of the Maison Familiale Gabriel Boudier, liquorist in Dijon since 1874. ORIGIN At the end of the Second World War, Maison Gabriel BOUDIER became one of the rare specialists in French Gin by winning the supply of Gin for the American army in Europe.  Our Burgundy Gin is composed of 6 carefully selected aromatic plants: Black Olives from Nyons, Juniper, Coriander, Sweet Orange Peel, Angelica and Iris. The balance of the aromatic blend is subtly enhanced by the black olives of Nyons, giving this Gin its authenticity. ELABORATION Our Olive Gin is made by separate distillations of 6 "botanicals" in the family's copper still: Black Olives from Nyons, Juniper, Coriander, Sweet Orange Peel, Angelica and Iris. These distillations result in 6 concentrates, called alcoholates. The blend of alcoholates is reduced in alcohol by dilution to 40% vol. TASTING Nose: Aromatic profile, delicate olive notes supported by juniper and citrus notes. Palate: Fresh juniper attack with a subtle olive intensity offering a clean and dry finish. USAGE Gin Olives is ideal as an aperitif or with a good Tonic. Its fresh taste with notes of olives will make your Gin & Tonic memorable.

This Burgundy Gin with its unique aromatic profile combines the freshness of blackcurrant buds and citrus notes with the flavor of slightly peppery juniper berries. ELABORATION Our Blackcurrant Bud Gin is made by macerating the plants in hydro-alcoholic mixtures. They are distilled in the family copper still to obtain the concentrate, called alcoholates, of the 9 "botanicals". The alcoholates are then assembled and reduced to alcohol by dilution to 40% vol. TASTING Nose: offers a balance between juniper and blackcurrant, the very slight bitterness of the blackcurrant bud and the freshness of citrus fruits is supported by resinous and woody notes. Mouth: powerful attack, marked by the notes of juniper and blackcurrant, accentuated by the freshness of the blackcurrant buds, followed by woody and spicy notes. The finish is smooth, long and balanced. USAGE Blackcurrant Bud Gin is ideal with a good Tonic. Its fresh, spicy taste and exceptionally long finish will make your Gin & Tonic memorable

To embody this blend, a vintage was chosen for eachgeneration. - 1900 for Prosper Delord, a 123-year-old Armagnac: notes of rancio and spices.-  1938 for Gaston and Georges: notes of dried fruits and spices.- Jacques and Pierre: 1973 for its light notes of dried flowers and 1974 for thefinesse of its woody aromas.- 2004 for Jérôme and Sylvain (current generation): gourmet notes of vanilla andcocoa. In the evergreen Macouba on Martinique, Rhum J.M is one of the few distilleries in the world that distills Rhum Agricole. The small traditional business follows the strict regulations of the“Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée”. Balcones is a Single Malt pionner in the US. Discovered by Gilles during one of his sales trips. Waco, the town hosting the distillery is subject to an extreme climate. During Gilles’ august visit, the outside temperature was 48°C. As a result ageing of whiskies is dramatically speeded up compared to Scotland. Hernö Pink BTL Gin is an organic London Dry Gin, no additives such as colour, artificial aromas or sugar. Gin shouldn’t be coloured as a marketing gimmick. Hernö Pink BTL Gin is a fruity and floral gin yet juniper predominant. Distilled with a total of eight organic botanicals including juniper, strawberries and rose petals. Bottled at 42%. TASTING NOTES NOSE: Loads of juniper upfront, crisp green forest. Fresh citrus and red fruits, a bit spicy.PALATE: Floral start followed by an array of sappy juniper, red fruits and coriander. A citrus forward gin with underlying spice and cassia.FINISH: Strawberries linger together with juniper and spicy notes, a mellow warmth and long finish.

Winemakers Comments In 2022, both our Greenock and Nuriootpa vineyards were lucky to escape damaging hailstorms. Mild conditions throughout the ripening period allowed for optimum ripening with very little rain pressure around harvest time. All the fruit for this wine was handpicked, with picking starting at Greenock and then finished at Nuriootpa, before co-fermenting the fruit in open concrete fermenters. 16% whole bunch from our Greenock vineyard was placed carefully in the bottom of the fermenter before destemming the remaining fruit on top. After 9 days fermentation on skins, the new wine was pressed off to a combination of new and seasoned French oak. The wine was left on lees post malolactic fermentation, for the duration of its time in oak, with frequent lees stirring helping to build mid palate creaminess and seamless integration. - Jules Ashmead & Brock Harrison Style Medium bodied, vibrant yet serious Colour Deep crimson Aroma Fresh blueberry fruits with hints of spice and vanilla Palate Plush fresh fruit reminiscent of summer berry pudding with a spiced note of charcuterie with peppery zest to freshen. We continue to explore the possibilities of rosé in Margaret River. We made our rosé from low cropping Shiraz for juicy flavours, and 11% Cabernet Franc for aromatic tension and structure. This rosé is made in the traditional style - after harvesting, the grapes were crushed then pressed off to stainless steel tank to undergo a slow and cool fermentation. It was then bottled early to preserve freshness. The colour of Watson Family Rosé is brilliant pale salmon.Aromas of strawberries, raspberries and toffee apple make your mouth water at the first swirl.

Sourced from established vines in the Wilyabrup Valley, this Shiraz is full of life and youthful exuberance. The colour is an intense crimson. On the nose the aroma of bright crunchy blue fruits mingles among lifted bubblegum and spicy notes. The first sip coats the palate with a complex of savoury meati­ness and lively red and blue fruits. The wine continues to show off violet, cherry and cocoa notes, and the finish lingers brightly with chewy tannins. This wine will be best enjoyed from now and over the next 6 years.

the heart of the Wilyabrup Valley. Planted in 2001, this Nebbiolo vineyard has a track record of producing incredible wines to national acclaim. The colour of this wine is an intense ruby red.  The nose shows rose petals, white spice and toasty oak notes. The palate is medium bodied displaying red fruits, prosciutto, star anise and classic Nebbiolo tannin. This wine will be best enjoyed over the next 5 to 8 years.
