Aside from the traditional absinthe ritual, the different plants and of course the absinthe contained in Grande Absente 69 makes it an ideal addition to an infinite number of cocktails. Shakers at the ready! How do you drink it? A few ideas to use depending on your tastes and desires: Traditionally, with the absinthe spoon ritual: Place a piece of sugar soaked with Grande Absente on an absinthe spoon placed on the edge of the glass. Light the sugar with a flame. Gently pour the water over it, to slowly dissolve the sugar and tint the liqueur with an opalescent green. Pour the Grande Absente over shaved ice. Add a little water only for those who prefer bitter drinks that are not very sweet. And those who love strong sensations will appreciate Grande Absente neat, at 69% alc/vol.  In cocktails.  Tasting Notes:Colour: beautiful clear green colour with yellow reflections, which look clear and brilliant. Nose: The aromatic power of grande absinthe dominates with the characteristic camphor and menthol notes which then mix in with fresh anise and spice notes. Palate: A powerful attack due to the presence of absinthe, then the structured development leaves room for a fresh and spiced final note that gives the product its lingering taste. Storage: at room temperature, not over 25°C or in the refrigerator. Store the bottle upright. No expiration date.

Summum Chilli Vodka 40% 750ml Nose: Subtle aromas of cereals, piment d’Espelette (Espelette pepper), bell pepper and pepper, quickly followed by fennel and dill. Palate: Very well balanced with a lot of Piment d’Espelette right away. Then notes of bell pepper and black pepper nicely come in. Finish: Silky and very long with notes of piment d’Espelette, pepper, bell pepper and fennel.

An armagnac with character from Delord. It was distilled in 1992 and aged in wooden barrels until its recent bottling. It is contact with the wood that has helped give its beautiful colour of old gold with copper highlights.

Unique association of 11 botanicals including the gentian root cultivated in the Massif Central, gin is distilled in small batches, in a bain-marie in the historic stills of the Gentiane SALERS. This slow distillation at low temperature preserves all the delicacy of the aromatics. The bitterness of the gentian is thus erased to extract the floral expression of its original terroir. Tasting notes OURNOSE: Intense with notes of citrus and cardamom enhanced by notes of juniper. ITS FLAVOUR: Spicy finish of pepper, ginger and gentian.

Vanilla notes for glutton, volume and roundness Finish: Round and sweet on citrusy and woody notes.

Same recipe, same philosophy: Très Pomme is a limited edition bottled at a balanced degree of 53%.vol.  A young calvados, high-grade wine with explosive aromas of raw apples.  Aged in old casks, very expressive on the apple: young, powerful, full.  The addition of a few drops of water releases the fruit aromas. 25 years of ageing offer us a rare and delicate stage of maturity that combines finesse and intensity. To be enjoyed after a meal with a cigar or bitter dark chocolate. Tasting Notes: Gold colour with touches of orange. The nose of the Pure Folle Blanche 25 years evokes creamy caramel and pastry aromas. We then discover a tremendous complexity and an incredible length in the mouth through a multitude of aromas of stone fruits, dried fruits and spices.

For its twelfth edition, our Boulet de canon is the result of aging our classic Boulet de canon blend (Nicaragua and Panama) in ex peated whiskey barrels from a very well-known distillery for 8 months. Tasting Notes: Nose: Indulgent and delicately smoky, light peat with resinous aromas, like the sawdust of a fir tree that is consumed slowly. Palate: The attack is full-bodied, evolving towards delicious aromas of peat and balsamic vinegar. Finish: Very balanced, animal and undergrowth aromas such as humus, vegetal and earthy notes.

TASTING NOTESNose: We find notes of beeswax, sweet spices, paprika, a little amber, clove and cinnamon.Palate: Sweet, full-bodied, a medicinal and vegetal side that gives it its particularity, touches of juniper, and pine buds.Finish: Smooth and greedy with fudge and salted butter caramel.
