Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the pandemic, shipping times are delayed and freight companies advise for at least 5 business days on average. Granted, most deliveries in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney are completed under 2-3 business days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@liquorwinecave.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Take note that we do not ship to Parcel lockers and PO boxes. 

There is an express shipping option during checkout - if that is something you wish to do so. Take note that this express shipping option is only available to Metro area's across Australia.
