Backwoods Rye Whisky is crafted from a mash bill of 100% Aussie grains and matured in American Oak casks that previously held Aussie Cabernet. This distinctive Aussie rye whisky was recently awarded a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition in 2021.
Mash bill: Malted rye, barley, winter wheat & chocolate roasted malt
Cask profile: A vatting of three American Oak, ex-Aussie Cabernet casks
