The mirabelle plums in brandy are part of these traditional peasant recipes which, at the time, made it possible to preserve the surplus harvest. The preparation of our mirabelle plums has remained artisanal: the flavor of the fresh fruit is preserved, enhanced with a touch of mirabelle brandy, and slightly sweet. An artisanal recipe, a little treat to peck with your fingers at the end of a meal, or to slip into your pastries.
