Tasting note
Emile Pernot's Liqueur de Sapin is made in two careful stages. First, 24 carefully chosen herbs are distilled. Then comes a maceration of fir buds and sugar.
Most fir liqueurs are simply alcohol and sugar steeped with fir buds or even branches, so the extra distillation step sets this one apart. The result is light and mellow, with alpine and floral aromas that evoke the scents of the Jura mountains, and it is a popular choice in winter.
How to drink it. Traditionally it is served chilled without ice, in a small liqueur glass after a meal. It also works neat or in a grog, and a small dose in place of sugar makes a surprising partner for absinthe. Browse more in our liqueurs collection.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
