Colour: Light amber Bas-Armagnac with old copper reflections. Nose: Rich, full, fruity, notes of blond tobacco, citrus and liquorice. Mouth: Supple attack, balanced, melted tannins. We find a note of citrus and spice. Beautiful persistence in the mouth which leaves a feeling of roundness and softness.

Gold color with mahogany reflections. The nose is very expressive, with a multitude of different aromas: dried figs, prunes, apricots, nuts. In the mouth, the quality of the tannins is superb. This Armagnac is dominated by aromas of nuts, hazelnuts (rancio), chocolate, leather. The ideal aging conditions explain this exceptional quality.

Aged for 12-15 years, Domaine du Tariquet XO is a supple and complex eaux-de-vie, combining finesse and strength. The perfectly mellow tennis is a testament to the subtle alliance between wood and fruit. The finish delivers wonderful aromas of toasted bread, ranch and candied fruit. The natural colour of comes exclusively from the ageing in oak barrels.

This vintage is a quite special incoming from the Tenareze region when most of the expressions we see in Australia are Bas Armagnac. With a soil that is more limestone and clay than the sandier soil of the other regions, generally, Tenareze distillate can be more powerful and benefit from longer ageing. Tasting Notes: Nose: Fruits of kirsch, cherry plum-Mirabelle, almond and cherry stone. Palate: Bitter orange, liquorice. Has a long, mellow finish.

An unaged Armagnac typically served straight over ice as an aperitif or reserved for use in cocktails. Tasting Notes: Nose: Intense, fresh grapes aromas, citrus fruit, pear and green almond. Palate: Round start, citrus fruit and pears hint. An eau de vie perfectly distilled, fresh and fruity. Good length.

Beautiful gold color, intense and brilliant. The nose is generous, with aromas of baked apple, dried apricot, candied orange peel, fine spices, toast. Very complex. On the palate, the tannins are silky, the aromas fruity and very fine. Nice balance between alcohol, tannins and aromas. Very long in the mouth.

Old gold, orange reflections. Nose warm vanilla and brioche, sustained by hazelnut and cocoa. Palate with obvious but soft tanins. Notes of vanilla and butter. Alcohol Vol. 40%

Gold color, intense. Brown reflections. The nose is marked by the long aging: cigar box, leather, liquorice, nutmeg, toast, gingerbread, toffee. However, the nose stays fresh and light. We find these balsamic aromas, licorice, chocolate on the palate with a more spicy finish: white pepper, candied ginger. Nice length in the mouth.

Jean Fillioux, a semi artisan producer of cognacs from the very special Golden Triangle of the Grande Champagne region, itself the very best origin for cognacs, is listed in the 10 top trending brands by Drinks International. Harvested and distilled in 1992, this Cognac was matured in a French recent loose grain oak cask, in a cool damp cellar. Tasting Notes: Nose: Fresh and floral on the nose with citrus fruit, syrupy apples and refined orchid tones. Palate: Round and complex palate with beeswax, ripe plum, candied orange and chocolate. Finish: Long and lively finish with persistent aromas of baked pastry, light spices, and cherry.
