It is both very aromatic, fruity and smooth, with an incredible concentration of aromas but without any heaviness.Cane Crush is distilled twice: the first distillation takes place in Mauritius, in traditional pot-stills. The second distillation is made in Cognac in traditional small alambics. This allows to keep the very best aromas and thus produce a great white rum. EYE: cristal-clear, gleaming. NOSE: very subtle and aromatic. PALATE: a superb luxuriance of fresh cane aromas.The best way to taste Cane Crush is neat, chilled on the rocks, but it is also a superb rum for mixology.
