Port Phillip Estate Balnarring Pinot N...
$38.95
Aromas of black cherry juice and fresh raspberry combine with a sappy, faintly herbal note. The palate delivers more black cherry, this time with boysenberry and cranberry, providing a softness to the mid-palate. The long and detailed palate is tied together with dusty, fine grained tannin. The wine shows good mid-term ageing potential. 13.0% alc.
Stoney Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
$36.95
Deep Bordeaux-red in colour, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon celebrates the terroir of Stoney Vineyard. Expect mixed spice on the nose with suggestions of new leather and warm earth, and a Christmas cake palate laden with cranberries, blackcurrants, raisins and prunes. There's fantastic structure and acidity, too. The 2016 has plenty of medium-term cellaring potential and will go down a treat with rich meats, mushroom and truffles.
Crawford River Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
$68.95
Intensely perfumed with cherries, dark plum, mulberry, spices and dark chocolate, this wine is captivating from the outset. ย The red & black fruits shine throughout the palate and it is balanced with elegant, fine tannins and complimentary oak. ย The graphite-like quality of the ironstone that these vines have their roots in is evident along with the other mineral elements so often seen in our wines.ย ย Wonderfully even and long, the natural acidity lends balance and terrific persistence. ย It will surely continue to develop well in bottle and will benefit from decanting in the early years of its life.Diam closure.
Allandale Botrytis Viognier 2017

Soft aromas of green apple, buttered toast, and grapefruit perfume the nose. The palate is generous with notes of stone fruit, beeswax and lemon with nashi pear. Beautifully balanced with a long finish.
Domaine A Lady A 2020
$72.58
A slight decrease in the new oak used for Lady A continues to bear fruit, giving a warm vintage full opportunity to glow: a tropical, grassy noseโwith hints of some creamy, bread-y lees characterโstill holds enough oak (cedar, vanilla) to balance well. The palate, as usual, is lush, broad and beautifully textured, with a bit of smoky, mid-palate flint and good acidity drawing into a long, baked-pineapple finish. Complex, ripe, and intense. Just how Lady A should be.
Moondarra Studebaker Pinot Noir 2022
$33.95
The Studebaker Pinot Noir is named after Neil Prentice's beloved 1957 Studebaker President, which he sold a long while ago to fund some fence posts for the vineyard!
It's an approachable, soft and delicate Pinot with the signature Moondarra style. All the grapes are handpicked, then they get destemmed and crushed before fermentation in large puncheons, so the oak influence takes a back seat here, letting the fruit really shine through.
It's loaded with nuanced flavours of red berries, earthiness and a ferrous minerality from the volcanic soils. Bang for buck, check.
Vinaceous Salome Tempranillo Rose 2022

Moorilla Estate Praxis Chardonnay Musq...
$26.95
The pretty, pale, lemonesque hue gives no indication of the fruit bomb this wine actually is. On pouring youโll get a generous, summery nose of hibiscus, green tea, lemon sherbet and jasmine, while the palate is a silken-textured treat of green mango and crisp acidity. Medium bodied, it drinks beautifully cold. Keep an extra bottle chilling, for top-ups.
Domaine A Pinot Noir 2017
$81.95
Every pinot we make is a risk. Some years we donโt make one at all. But back in 2013, Peter mustโve had a good feeling when he barrelled this vintage.
Itโs a classicโthe consummate Tasmanian pinot noir. Bright in the glass, the hue is reminiscent of port wine jelly and mulberry, with aromatics of Christmas pudding, black cherry and port-soaked raisins, as well as violet and lilac. The palate is velvety and silken soft with beautifully integrated tannins, structure and impressive acidity providing backbone. Notes of star anise, plum, cranberry and a touch of menthol unite to create an almost blackcurrant pastille-like flavour, and lead to a subtle dark chocolate finish. This is a warming, winter pinot and will pair brilliantly with grilled mushrooms, marinated pork or duck ร lโorange.
Lake Breeze Bullant Cabernet Merlot 20...
$15.95
The grapes for this wine were selected from old vines in the famous wine district of Langhorne Creek.
It has an amazing lifted bouquet of blackberries with a touch of mocha. The ageing in oak for 15 months has enhanced the mouth-feel of this wine, which is rich and smooth, and offers a lovely soft finish with polished tannins.Best consumed over the next 3-4 years and will drink even more dangerously paired with roast lamb.

Adelaide Hills.ย Hand-picked in Lenswood. North-east facing slope. 30% whole bunch. Wild fermented.ย ย Matured in Frenchย oak for 9ย months, 20% new.

Moorilla Muse Extra Brut 2017
$53.95
Another in a long line of smashing sparklings from our St. Matthias vineyard: a crisp, dry, extremely refined aperitif-style wine absolutely bursting with fruit (crunchy apples, pale stonefruit) and complexity (creamy suggestions of freshly churned butter, Danish pastry, roasted cashew and pistachio). Texturally itโs voluptuous and rich, but not overbearingโthereโs a softness and persistency to the mousse that prevents things getting bogged down. Drinking exceedingly well now, but has the hallmarks of something special if given time in the cellar.
Jasper Hill Georgia & Friends Shiraz 2021
$85.95
From a low yielding vintage, giving a weighty version of this wine with typical dark magenta colour & aroma of plum, ripe red berries & spice that follow through on to the full palate, finishing with a concentration of earthy, chalky tannins balanced with lots of natural acidity. Great longevity.
