Attractive clear gold colour with a fine effervescence. Nose: This wonderfully mature champagne reveals a deep and structured nose of juicy fruits, such as yellow peach and overripe apple. Candied notes verging on honey and fresh baking aromas then appear, with a delicious hint of praline and nougatine.
Palate: Tasty and full in the mouth, with more of the pleasing aromas of the nose, as well as a hint of citrus peel and a slight peppery touch on the finish.
This is a rich, full and generous wine, which will be perfect for a meal served exclusively with champagne.
