Tasting note
Dolin Dry is a Vermouth de Chambéry, and like every Dolin vermouth it begins with a particular white wine, Ugni Blanc. Into it go 15 botanicals and spices, left to macerate. Absinthe (the wormwood plant), brooklime, rose and orange bark are the most familiar, though verbena and yellow genepi are in there too. It is bottled at 17.5%.
What you taste. A subtle golden tint and just a touch of sweetness. The nose is rich and generous, with citrus bark lifted by fresh menthol and balsamic notes. Almond and stone come through next, sitting on a gently bitter citrus base that keeps the whole thing fine and lively.
Using it. Bartenders prize it for its subtlety and elegance, and it is an essential part of a Dry Martini. Dolin also lists it in the Bamboo, the Bronx and a Spritz de Chambéry, and suggests it as an aperitif on its own, neat or on the rocks. See the rest of our vermouth range.

Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
