2. Customer Responsibility:

• As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by New Zealand Customs. These fees are not included in your order total at the time of checkout on our website.

• You will be contacted by New Zealand Customs or their designated agent when your shipment arrives in the country or whilst in transit, and you will be required to settle any outstanding fees before your goods can be released for delivery.

• Any delays in paying these fees may result in the shipment being held, returned, or destroyed by Customs. We are not responsible for any additional costs, delays, or losses incurred as a result of the customer’s failure to pay the required import fees or comply with New Zealand’s import regulations.

3. Non-Refundable Fees:

• Should you refuse to pay the required import fees, taxes, or duties, and your order is returned to us or seized by Customs, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges or costs associated with your order. In some cases, a refund for the products may be processed at our discretion, less any incurred shipping and handling fees.

 

Order Cancellations and Returns

If an order is placed and you fail to comply with the age verification requirements or the payment of import fees, the order may be cancelled without a refund of shipping charges.
