The “Piautre” is a steering apparatus characteristic of the boats of the sailing the Loire river in France . Distillery created in 2013 now using Charentais stills and ageing their distillate in “Coteaux du Layon” barrels. It is producing oily and opulent whisky amplified by the Ratafia Champenois touch… « The Dumangin Champagne Twist ».
