On the palate it’s light-to-medium bodied, with juicy red-cherry and cranberry flavours energized by fine, brisk acidity. Gentle, silky tannins weave through, while hints of clove spice and sous-bois add complexity. A delicate thread of minerality surfaces mid-palate, leading to a long, fresh finish echoing cherry skin and a touch of peppery spice.
