Tasting note
Distilleria Negroni, the old Negroni distillery in the Marca Trevigiana around Treviso in Italy, makes this Vermouth Bianco from wine grown on its own estate. Herbs and spices, among them thyme, marjoram, rosemary, lime and lavender, are macerated in alcohol, the wine is added, and the blend is filtered and matured for a few months in stainless steel tanks.
Nose. Intense and vinous, with balsamic notes and a hint of cinnamon.
Palate. Dry and well balanced, with a long, dry finish.
It is a white aromatised wine at 18% in a 75cl bottle. Browse other vermouths in our vermouth collection.
