Tasting note
XO Gold is the signature cognac of François Voyer, a family house in the village of Verrières in Grande Champagne, the first growth of Cognac, where the Chauchet Voyer family has distilled wine and aged its spirit in oak since the 1870s. It is a Grande Champagne blend of Ugni Blanc eaux de vie, grown, distilled and aged by the family, and this bottling is presented in a carafe with a case. It is bottled at 40%.
Colour. Russet, with glints of mahogany.
Aromas. Vanilla and dried fruit, walnut and hazelnut in particular, with spice and pepper. There is rancio too, along with jasmine, clove, peach and plum.
Palate. An exceptional length and a gentle aromatic softness that show its age, with the delicacy and elegance typical of Grande Champagne.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
