In line with its great white rums, HSE has produced this rum from the distillation of pure sugar cane juice from the Verger and Coulon plots of Habitation Saint-Etienne. The R570 cane variety, used for this exceptional rum, is also called “golden cane” or “straw cane”.
TASTING NOTE
The nose opens with intense notes of exotic fruits, beautifully ripe cane and citrus fruits. On the palate, the warm and suave attack will delight you with its extraordinary complexity with aromas of blood orange and passion fruit. Then the aromatic bouquet is enriched with floral notes and a touch of white pepper with remarkable elegance and length.
