Nose: Expect a light yet richly oiled maritime peat character with mineral and saline overtones, soft vanilla and candied lemon hints, subtle sweetness and grassy notes, plus cereal elements.
Palate: Medium-bodied and oily. Clean coastal peat with hints of kelp, sea spray, dried fruits (like grapes and apricot), gray pepper, cumin spice, and a silt-like earthy texture .
Finish: Moderately long, featuring salted butter caramel, coffee, chocolate praline, and an iodine-mineral echo beneath the lingering peat
