Tasting note
Le Père Jules is a Normandy producer at Saint-Désir de Lisieux, making cider, perry, pommeau and Calvados. Its Cidre Brut Bouché is blended from at least 20 apple varieties, balancing sweet, bitter and sharp fruit. The length of fermentation is adjusted to make the house's brut, demi-sec and doux, the cider is lightly filtered, and it is then bottled so that it develops its own fine, natural sparkle in the bottle.
In the glass. Hazy amber with a thin ring of foam. Dry apple, hay and a light farmyard note come through on the nose, with a vinous edge. The palate shows sweet apple, some tannin, a little must and a hint of vanilla. Medium bodied, balanced, with gentle bubbles.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
