Tasting note
St. Petroni is a craft vermouth from the northern Spanish region of Galicia, produced by Vermutería de Galicia in Padrón. The brand was created in 2014 and uses Albariño grapes as its base, flavoured with 29 selected herbs and botanicals through traditional maceration.
Colour. Dark red with coppery glints, clear and bright. Nose. Ripe fruit, vanilla and delicate pastry, with balsamic touches and aromas of wormwood, citrus, bay leaf and cinnamon. Palate. A fresh, broad and elegant entry that holds acidity, sweetness and bitterness in balance. The body is round and silky, with an enveloping texture.
This is the one litre bottle of the Rouge. Browse more in our vermouth collection.
