Its aroma is stimulating and harmonious, characterised by ripe fruit that is elegantly complemented by fine tobacco notes. On the palate, the wine unfolds its complex structure and impresses with its remarkable drinkability. The tannins are soft and balanced, giving it a supple texture. As an entry-level wine from Torrevento, Bolonero is one of the producer's best-known wines, proving excellent red wines beyond Primitivo can be found in Puglia.
