Tasting note
Kopke Fine Tawny is an entry-level tawny port from Kopke, the oldest of the Douro port houses, founded in 1638.
Nicolau Kopke, a Hamburg merchant, shipped his first wine north from the Douro Valley in 1638, and the house has carried his name ever since. It is best known today for its Colheita ports and for library stocks that go back further than almost anyone else's in the region. The Fine Tawny sits at the base of that range: a blend aged in wood rather than in bottle, so the deep ruby of a young port softens towards amber and the fruit turns from fresh to dried.
Serve it lightly chilled. It suits cheese, nuts and anything almond-based.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
