Bakery Hill Distillery is proud to introduce the second edition of Eldorado ā our Australian Sherry (Apera) barrel matured single malt whisky. In this follow up to one of 2020 hottest Australian whiskies - We have ramped up the intensity and vibrancy of the sherry barrel influence to produce a rich, sprightly, dense, but ultimately drinkable single malt. Eldorado Second Edition showcases the complex integration between American oak and French oak maturation on the traditional Bakery Hill Classic spirit. After distillation the unpeated spirit was placed in a Seppeltsfield Barossa Valley Apera cask (2nd fill) for 18 months, before a final maturation in American Oak ex-BourbonĀ cask for a period of just on 3 years.Ā EldoradoĀ Second Edition
This whisky is dangerously drinkable from the bottle at 55% but may also improve with a couple of drops of water, and certainly with time in the glass. Only 345 bottles in total available, each bottle is individually numbered, includes detailed production notes and a limited edition collector tasting card.Ā

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
