Tasting note
Liqueur Sureau is an elderberry liqueur from Distillerie Bertrand in Alsace. It is made with both the juice and the flower of the elder, which gives it a floral, gently exotic character and keeps the sweetness in check.
Nose. Soft and floral, with fresh elderflower and hints of lychee and rose. Palate. Smooth and sweet but well balanced, the berry and the blossom lifted by light herbal notes and a gentle, exotic acidity. Finish. Clean and refreshing, with floral fruit that lingers.
Sip it neat, or use it to add a soft floral note to a light, refreshing long drink. Browse more in our fruit liqueurs collection.
