Tasting note

A single cask from Carn Mor Strictly Limited, the independent bottling range of the Morrison family's Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, and a Spier & Wright cask selection as noted on the label. The spirit was distilled in 2014 at Clynelish, on the north-east coast of the Highlands, and spent 11 years in a single bourbon hogshead before bottling in 2026. The cask yielded just 240 bottles at a natural strength of 52.3%, with no chill filtration and no added colour. Clynelish is prized for its distinctive waxy texture and gentle coastal character, and a bourbon hogshead is a classic way to let that house style show through without heavy wood influence. Take it neat first, then add a few drops of water.
