Tasting note
Boulet de Canon is the Compagnie des Indes series devoted to smoky rum, and each very limited release takes a different route to get there. Odd-numbered editions use other techniques to build smoke, while even numbers like this No.14 are finished in casks that once held peated whisky, here for six months.
The rum was distilled in Panama and Nicaragua and bottled in France in 2023 without chill filtration.
Nose. Warm and powerful, with clove, black cherry, sandalwood and unmistakable peat.
Palate. Well balanced, bringing dark chocolate, liquorice and green tobacco wrapped in spice and peat.
Finish. Clean yet weighty, with toasted notes and lingering smoke. More releases are in our Compagnie des Indes collection.

Delivery information
Most orders leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
