Tasting note
Presentation of the property: Domaine de Salié is in the village of le Frêche, in the heart of the ‘Grand Bas Armagnac’ area, near the terroirs of Domaine de Pinas, Jouatmaou, Coquillon and Guillemouta. For the last decade or so, Gilles Sarraute has been looking after the vines and turned to organic farming in 2008.
Tasting notes: Beautiful gold color, shiny. The aromas of candied fruit (apricot, quince), fig jams and fine spices (licorice, cloves, black pepper) make the nose of this Armagnac complex and subtle at the same time. On the palate, the tannins are round and silky. We find this aromatic complexity carried by spices, fruit, honey and dried fruits (roasted almonds). Very long in the palate.

Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended unless you have given an authority to leave.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
