Tasting note
Les Fils d'Émile Pernot has distilled absinthe in Pontarlier, the historic cradle of the spirit, for more than a century. This liqueur d'absinthe is a gentle way into wormwood, a flavour many people have never really tried.
Expect something delicate and subtly perfumed. It works in cocktails, and it can also be poured over a scoop of lemon ice cream.
