Tasting note
Elisir M.P. Roux is a plant and spice liqueur from Distilleries et Domaines de Provence. The distillery blends infusions and distillates of plants, roots and spices gathered in Provence and further afield: lemon balm, hyssop, marjoram and peppermint for freshness; star anise, green anise, coriander, cinnamon and fennel for warmth; petite wormwood for a touch of bitterness; and ginseng, sweet almond and balsamite in the background. It is bottled at 47% in a 50cl bottle.
In the glass. Deep green with yellow-brown highlights. The nose is vegetal, mentholated and lemony with a light aniseed lift. The first sip is a powerful herbal hit of mint and spice, followed by hints of anise and citrus, and it closes long and fresh.
How to pour it. The producer serves it neat and chilled to 8 to 12°C after a meal, but it also mixes well: try it lengthened with tonic, or in cocktails built around lime, celery, juniper, agave or ginger, the five pairings the distillery suggests. Browse more of our liqueurs.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
