The Dudognon Ancêtre Cognac is a fine and delicate Cognac. It offers notes of pipe tobacco, gingerbread and sandalwood. Distilled over a wood fire and aged in new Limousin oak barrels without sugar, wood or caramel.
Ancêtre is a digestive. It will match elegantly with a chocolate or gingerbread dessert.
Grape variety: 100% Ugni-blanc
Tasting Notes:
Eye: Pretty amber colour, with topaz reflections
Nose: Fine and delicate, fruity and floral freshness, notes of pipe tobacco, gingerbread
