Tasting note
Cidre Fournier is a family cider house in Normandy that has spent close to 80 years pairing traditional cider making with new ideas. Its apples are still harvested and pressed at the Fournier cidery, and this Brut is 100% juice from a blend of cider apples grown in the family's Normandy orchards, left to ferment naturally and slowly.
In the glass. Bright and honey coloured. It is sparkling and thirst-quenching, with good roundness, lively acidity, a light bitterness and a sustained body. Fruit comes first, with that gentle bitter edge in the finish.
At the table. Dry cider is a natural partner for savoury food: try it with meats or savoury pancakes. Mixed with a little fruit crème it makes an easy sparkling drink. The 750ml bottle is sized for sharing.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
