Tasting note
Fournier Poiré is a Normandy perry made by Cidre Fournier from pears the company grows itself, bottled at 2% alcohol.
In the glass. The nose shows lightly cooked pear. On the palate a fruity sweetness is balanced by a refreshing acidity, and the whole thing stays light and easy.
Serving. Serve it well chilled. Fournier pictures it on a summer evening outdoors, and it sits comfortably beside salads, grilled food, cheese and seafood. It can also bring a pear note to a cocktail. See the rest of our cider collection.
