Tasting note
Gabriel Boudier's Cherry Brandy Liqueur is made by blending several varieties of cherry with eau-de-vie. Boudier starts with a very concentrated maceration of whole cherries, then adds wine spirit and sugar, dissolving the sugar cold straight into the infusion, and pays close attention to dosage and sugar quality to get the balance right. It is bottled at 24%.
Tasting. Fine and harmonious. The nose is fruity and clearly cherry. On the palate it is very aromatic and rich, gently sweet and fruit-led, with an almond note that comes from macerating the cherries whole, stones and all.
Ways to use it. Boudier suggests it neat over crushed ice, as an aperitif, in cocktails, or in dessert, for example as a sauce spooned over fromage blanc. It adds colour as well as flavour to a recipe. More bottles like this are in our fruit liqueurs collection.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
