Tasting note
This 18% liqueur is built on the kaffir lime, or combava, a fruit from tropical South East Asia prized for an aroma that is at once citrusy and spicy. It began as the winning recipe in the Wizard Competition 2017/2018, the bartender challenge run by the Dijon house Gabriel Boudier, where it was created by Samuel Boulton.
How it is made. Kaffir lime leaves go into a highly concentrated maceration in alcohol, reinforced with lemongrass alcoholate and concentrated lime juice. The sugar is dissolved cold, straight into the infusion.
Aroma. Intensely fresh lime with herbal notes.
Palate. Lively lime acidity balanced by a pleasant sweetness, with the herbaceous freshness and slight bitterness of the leaves.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
