Tasting note
Mango is one of the most widely eaten fruits in the world, prized for its juicy orange flesh and delicate scent, and Gabriel Boudier builds this liqueur around the fully ripe fruit. At the Dijon house the mangoes are macerated in alcohol to draw out their flavour, then sugar is dissolved cold straight into the infusion, with careful attention to exact measures and to the quality of the sugar. It is bottled at 20%.
Yellow in the glass, it smells of fresh, ripe mango with fruity and floral notes. In the mouth the mango starts gently, then grows more intense and pointed, and the first sweetness soon gives way to a fresh, rounded taste of the fruit. Boudier counts it among the favourites of its fruity and exotic range and says it gives the sensation of eating a mango.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
