Tasting note
A worthy heir of the great HSE vintages, this Single Cask 2006 has received the full attention of HSE's cellar master to offer you a new balance between power, roundness, and aromatic complexity. Each bottled batch has been carefully selected from a unique 400-litre French oak barrel, identified by the double numbering of the bottles.
Tasting Notes:
The nose opens with an explosion of aromas, where the empyreumatic notes of cocoa, coffee, and blond tobacco intermingle in a fruity universe of prunes, quince, and cooked fruits. The round and delicious palate offers a soft and elegant attack before stretching into a long, fruity, and delicately spicy finish.

Free delivery on orders over $499, anywhere in Australia except the Northern Territory, which we do not deliver to. Standard rates apply below that and are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
