Its unique finishing process sets this rum apart, spending nearly a year in Château La Tour Blanche barrels, adding a distinct character to its flavour profile.
Tasting Notes:
The expressive, gentle nose opens with acacia honey and passion fruit notes. After a few seconds of aeration, aromas of candied apricot and fig emerge, enhanced with gingerbread. The mouth, with a captivating roundness, reveals sublime honeyed notes of dried fruits and muscat before offering a beautiful finish of orange peel.
